Return the down payment, closing costs, total cash needed, remaining amount to save, months to save, target month, loan amount, and estimated PMI for a home purchase, plus a comparison table for 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% down. PMI is estimated at 1% of the loan per year when the down payment is below 20%.
