| `insurance_annual` | number | no | Yearly home insurance. Default: 1500. |
| `hoa_monthly` | number | no | Monthly HOA dues. Default: 0. |
| `dti_ratio` | number | no | Debt-to-income ratio in percent (28, 36, or 43 are common). Default: 36. |
