# Text Shadow Generator — REST API endpoint `text-shadow-generator`

Generate a CSS text-shadow declaration from offset, blur, colour and opacity, or from a named preset (subtle, hard, glow, outline, emboss, retro, neon). Unlike box-shadow, text-shadow has no spread radius and no inset, so weight comes from stacking layers — the outline and neon presets do exactly that. Returns the full "text-shadow: ...;" rule, the bare value, and the resolved layers.
