| `caffeine_drinks` | integer | no | Caffeinated drinks per day (0-20). Each adds 350 ml. Default: `0`. |
| `pregnant` | boolean | no | Adds 300 ml when true. Default: `false`. |
| `breastfeeding` | boolean | no | Adds 700 ml when true. Default: `false`. |
