Return whether an IPv4 address is listed on 12 well-known DNS blacklists (Spamhaus, Barracuda, SpamCop, SORBS, UCEPROTECT, PSBL and more), with listed, clean and failed counts. Lookups use Google DNS-over-HTTPS.
