Qr Code Generator API

POST https://api.findutils.com/api/tools/qr-code-generator/execute

Generate a QR code as an SVG file, the same file the QR Code Generator page downloads. Encode a URL or text; for Wi-Fi send WIFI:T:WPA;S:<network>;P:<password>;; and for a contact a vCard (BEGIN:VCARD … END:VCARD). Choose the size, margin, colours and error correction (L, M, Q, H).

Needs an API key. Running a tool needs an API key. Keys are not for sale yet: ask for early access. About API keys

What to encode: a URL, text, a WIFI: string or a vCard.
size

integer optional

Width and height of the SVG in pixels, 64-2048. Default 300. Default 300.
margin

integer optional

Light modules around the code, 0-10. Scanners need at least 2. Default 2. Default 2.
dark

string optional

Colour of the dark modules, #rgb or #rrggbb. Default #000000. Default "#000000".
light

string optional

Background colour, #rgb, #rrggbb or #rrggbbaa (00 alpha for transparent). Default #ffffff. Default "#ffffff".
error_correction

string optional

How much damage the code survives: L 7%, M 15%, Q 25%, H 30%. Higher makes a denser code. Default M. One of L · M · Q · H. Default "M".
