Sbv To Srt API

POST https://api.findutils.com/api/tools/sbv-to-srt/execute

Convert a YouTube SubViewer (.sbv) caption export to SubRip (.srt), or back again. YouTube Studio still hands out .sbv, which most editors and players will not open: its timing line is `0:00:01.000,0:00:04.000` where SubRip wants `00:00:01,000 --> 00:00:04,000`, and it carries no cue numbers, so simply renaming the file does not work. Going to SRT pads the hours, swaps the separators and numbers the cues from 1; going back to SBV strips the numbers and restores the SubViewer timing. Cue text and order are preserved exactly. Direction is detected from the input by default.
