Csv To Tsv MCP tool

findutils:csv_to_tsv Convert comma-separated values to tab-separated values, the format spreadsheet paste, psql and mysql --batch expect. Quoted fields, embedded line breaks and doubled quotes are read per RFC 4180; the input delimiter is detected from the first line when not given. A cell that holds a tab, a quote or a line break is quoted the way Excel's tab-delimited export quotes it; every other cell is written bare. Values stay text. A leading byte order mark is dropped and blank lines are skipped.
