Input schema

Argument Type Required Description
fields array yes Field definitions. Each item: { name, type, label?, placeholder?, required?, options?: [{value,label}], min?, max?, rows? }. type is one of text, email, password, number, tel, url, date, textarea, select, checkbox, radio.
form_id string no The form id attribute. Default: "my-form". Default: "my-form".
submit_text string no Label of the submit button. Default: "Submit". Default: "Submit".
