Markdown Table Parse MCP tool

MCP findutils:markdown_table_parse

Parse a GitHub-flavored Markdown table into structured rows: headers, column alignments, cell rows, and one record object per row. This is the data step of the Markdown Table to Image tool; the PNG rendering stays in the browser.
