Data REST API MCP

Convert tab-separated values (TSV, the format psql, mysql --batch and Excel "Text (Tab delimited)" write) to comma-separated values, or to any single-character delimiter. A field that Excel quoted because it holds a tab, a quote or a line break is read as one field. Cells that contain the delimiter, a quote or a line break are quoted per RFC 4180; every other cell is written as is. Values stay text: 00123 keeps its zeros. A leading byte order mark is dropped and blank lines are skipped.
