Generate a Windows Update configuration script (.reg, .ps1, or .bat) plus a matching restore script from a preset and/or individual settings, and return them with a risk level and a change summary. Presets: gamer_mode, full_control, safe_defer, metered, custom. Settings override the preset.

Input schema

preset	string (gamer_mode \| full_control \| safe_defer \| metered \| custom)	no	Starting preset. Default: custom (all defaults). Default: "custom".
